Plans for spring 2007
-Continue informal luncheons sometimes with themed discussions
-Afternoon presentation of "Career Mapping"
-Possible conference for the women of Rowan in March or April
Sample continuing activities to bring all women of Rowan together for professional development or informal conversation
-Meet informally monthly for lunch or breakfast
-Meet with new women employees in each fall through a lunch or reception
-Give back to the University
-Supported Pat Mosto's attendance at the ACE National Leadership Forum in Washington, DC, fall 2005
-Sponsored a student and employee to attend Women's History month luncheon, March 2006
-Co-Sponsored an evening event for Women's History month, March 2006
-Include the Camden Campus (Rowan's other campus) by planning meetings or informal lunches at the campus
-Plan morning, afternoon and evening get-togethers for professional development; topics in the past year included:
-Financial Planning for Women
-"Woman to Woman: Collaborative Mentoring between Chairs and Faculty"
-"Women of Color" Breaking the Glass Ceiling"
-Wellness Issues
-How to take Meeting Minutes; titled "Meeting Summaries: Time-Saving Tips, Grammar and Using a Laptop"

-Hosted and co-sponsored the Second Southern NJ Regional Conference for Women in Higher Ed, April 11, 2006 (47 attendees) - "Building Personal and Community Capacity"

Breakout sessions included "Handling Difficult Workplace Behaviors and Situations", "Mentoring and Mentors in Higher Education", and "Balancing Work, Life and Family Relationships."
Hosted and sponsored Rowan University's First Conference for Women, March 30, 2004 (36 attendees) - "Investing in Leadership" (see collaborating campuses listed previously)
Breakout sessions included "Planning for Your Financial Future", "Women in Leadership Roundtable" and "Power Dressing."
